For our Client, well-known multinational company, being a leader in IT branch, in accordance to its growth, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

IT Helpdesk (Czech/Slovak/German/Italian/ Dutch/French Speaker)

 

The person hired on this position will be responsible for:

-          Daily IT support (1st line of support), - ensuring high level of service,

-          Solving basic IT problems

-          Cooperation with Czech/Slovak/German/Italian/ Dutch/French customers

 

Requirements:

-          University degree (IT background will be an asset)

-          Fluent knowledge of English and one of the following languages: Czech/Slovak/German/Italian/ Dutch/French (both oral and written)

-          IT knowledge (user’s level)

-          Paying attention to details and ability to analytical thinking

-          Strong ability to solve problems

-          Previous experience on IT Helpdesk position will be an advantage
